CONSTRUCTION

Thanks to our top-rated team of mechanics and supervisors, we can provide solutions for all your elevator construction needs. This includes Geared, Gearless, Machine Room Less (MRL) and Hydraulic options. These are applicable for passenger and freight elevators. In addition, our team also installs escalators for any rise.

MAINTENANCE

We also provide maintenance services for residential, commercial, freight, car garages, material lifts, and handicap lifts. Our team covers all five boroughs in the New York Metropolitan area and New Jersey.

TESTING & VIOLATIONS

Our violations department tracks and coordinates all current and old violations as well as mandatory tests such as category 1 & 5, Epic Elevator works efficiently to correct deficiencies, file corrections and report to the NYC Department of Buildings on time.
